Cézanne has been running her own business since 2001, where she specializes in starting, restarting, working with challenging horses, and providing riding lessons. She started riding 42 years ago and her passion for horses led her to participate in Pony Club events and later in eventing competitions. Cézanne's career started with her working under multiple professionals to start colts, and in 1993, she was introduced to Parelli Natural Horsemanship. She participated in her first clinic with Pat Parelli in 1996 and spent the summer of 1998 as a working student at Pagosa Spring Ranch, where she rode in Pat's first level 3 course with many of Parelli's top instructors today.

Cézanne achieved her Licensed status in 2000 and had the opportunity to study under many masters through her association with Linda and Pat Parelli. She spent most of 2002 and 2003 at La Cense Montana studying with Ronnie Willis and learned the art of cutting with Leon Harrel. In 2005, Cézanne was involved in a charter program that started racehorses for Winstar Farms in Kentucky, where she also had the chance to ride with Ray Hunt. Cézanne has been actively involved in the Parelli program for 25 years.

From 2006 through 2008, Cézanne was a protégé in Pat Parelli's barn, where she focused on colt starting, traveled with the tour team, and studied with classical dressage master Walter Zettl. Cézanne worked directly with Pat and Linda at the ISC in Florida and Colorado, and she was entrusted with the care and transport of Parelli's horses while on tour throughout the US and international events. In 2011, Cézanne had the opportunity to study with Linda Parelli during the development of Game of Contact. The summer of 2012 was full of teaching at the ranch in Colorado, Fast Tracks, and instructor training courses.

In 2014, Cézanne achieved her 4-star senior instructor rating, and in 2022, took on the role of Parelli Professionals Director.
